3. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances if there is a verifiable issue preventing you from accessing or using our digital content.
  • Any item or service not in its original condition, or with missing components, may only qualify for a partial refund if the issue is not due to your error.
